For your health protection, this garment is sealed for hygiene. Please ensure you are happy with your purchase before removing this seal.

If the Red Seal is broken, we cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons. 

 

About the ComfortCure Guarantee

You can return them for a full refund or exchange them for free within 30 calendar days of placing your order. After 30 calendar days from purchase, this policy no longer applies.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition with unbroken Red Seal.

International Returns

If you aren’t completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to cover the shipping costs of international returns and exchanges unless the product is faulty.

International Exchanges

We’re not able to facilitate international exchanges at this time, but rest assured it’s something we’re working on.

If you’d like to exchange your order for a different style and/or size, you will need to request a refund based on the international refund policy above and place a new order.

Please note: Shipping costs, duties/import taxes and any other fees associated with your order such as exchange and transaction fees are non-refundable.
